Er staat ook dat "het empirisch bewezen is" dat 6sigma beter is dan alle andere praktijken, maar er wordt nergens naar dat empirisch onderzoek verwezen.

In het begin wordt er zelfs verwezen naar "good to great" van Jim Collins. Als je naar een pseudowetenschappelijk boek refereert, dan ben je toch niet goed bezig om mij te overtuigen.

Ken iemand een beter boek over 6sigma? Simple, easy to understand. There's lots of material on statistical tools. I will refer back to it from time to time. Don't let the title mislead you. His book aims to help you to develop your skills in Six Sigma by providing advice on how to build the Six Sigma infrastructure and use the DMAIC methodology in your projects.

Though the book does not claim to be a training manual for the Green Belt certification, it comes with quizzes and even a final exam at the end, thus greatly aiding the candidate in their preparation for the examination.
